IMO I don't see using CF on top of a part. Using CF for a part is to make the part stronger and lighter then plastic or metal.


carbon fiber replacement parts > carbon fiber covered stock parts

If you're using it to make it stronger or lighter, then sure. When you're using it 100% for cosmetic enhancements and you don't have the $$$ for vacuum bagging it and doing it the professional way, wrapping it works just as good and gets the job done cheaper.
