OCD at its finest! CORSA polished setup, PICS

Started off the day by finishing the install of the completely polished CORSA 3.5" premium pro twin tip exhaust. This has been a long project to completely polish this entire exhaust system, black powdercoated all the exhaust hanger bands and polished accessories. I think in the end it was well worth the effort "some will dis-agree, that's okay " I enjoyed doing the project, but would never attempt to appeal to my OCD again ! The muffler and the twin tips are as close to perfectly level as possible, I don't think a robot could do a better job. After installing everything, test fitting, making sure everything was clear, I decided it was time to take the car for a quick test of the new suspension settings, Wilwood big brakes and finally some WOT runs. Headed for some twisty curves that are close to home and put the bird through its paces. I must say, it handles very well with the new settings and stops like nobody's business. Tried to be a little cautious with an all out test of the suspension until I can get more seat time, but the car responded better than I expected. On the way home I decided it was time to test out WOT of the CORSA exhaust system / FLP 1 3/4" LT's and off-road pipes in a couple different gears. All I can say is " frickin NASTY in a good way " I like this setup the best of all the different exhaust combo's I've had on the car. The car must have been feeling frisky, I broke the 315/30/18 BFG drags loose through 1st gear on 71st. That must have warranted some extra attention from a CTS-V (2005 ?) with a early 20's kid driving. I gave him a taste (he was not happy with the 1st & 2nd gear results), but that another story for a different time

I will look and see if I have any shots. If not, I will take some the next time I work on the car.
