The car needs a major detail and get rid of that pinstripe. Then she'll be good to go.

Are you serious? Wow, I'm really glad my Z28 didn't come with that option now! I used to feel bad because that's just about the only option I didn't get.

Tssk Tssk, buying a guy's car while he's high and doesn't know what he's doing.

There aren't any downsides to having ASR. We have it on the '02 SS. I've never thought it was very necessary on the '95 Z28 though, so I don't mind not having it. My Z28 is all stock, so 275 hp only loosens up the tires when you really want it to, and it's fun making corners and tapping the gas and having to countersteer.

On the SS though... without the ASR on, it tends to peel out everytime you touch the gas. We've only had it off one time.

When you pull that pinstripe off, you can use a wet rag with some bar soap on it to help take off the adhesive residue. I've tried the 3M adhesive remover and Goof-Off, but none of it seems to work as well as just standard bar soap. Make sure you give it a coat of wax when you're finished too.

Damn, a car and a free bong? Deal for sure.

I bought my car out of Nogales, found air fresheners under all the seats and a knife in the car.

haha...this is too funny. I'd pay $5,700 for that car with 50,000 on it. Pretty good deal I'd say. Just get that thing in somewhere and have it detailed, preferably without the bong in the back seat though, some people might frown upon that unless you're in Jamaica.

I like the leather

You just leave it on all the time. It prevents the tires from slipping.

There's really no good reason for turning it off unless you want to do a burnout I guess...
