I would like to hear/see some suggestions for rims. I have the OEM chrome 16 in. rims. It will be time to replace the tires soon ( hope to make it past the 1st of the year). I was thinking of upgading to 17 in. rims and 275/40/ZR17 tires. Chrome or polished look excellent with my paint color(see sig). I was thinking of American Racings 200S. But to be honest, I don't relish the idea of constantly polishing them. ZR1 from SLP are chrome. They look nice, but those rims are really yesterdays news.

I would like to see what everyone else may have or be considering presently. Price is a consideration, but looking is free.

What kind of price range you looking at? I got some Z06 for 1100.00 shipped. That included new tires and balancing them. I just had to put them on. I was leaning towards the y2k,but everyone and their brother around here seems to have them.

That's in the general range I expect to spend. They look awfully nice on Krazycowgirl's ride. They look light too. I know it's off topic but are they lighter than ZR1 rims?

Any other examples?

As to price. I am willing to go higher. But I am not spending anything like $600 per wheel.
