Exclamation !!Need iimediate help installing billet grill!!

I purchased a billet grill. It came with four pop-rivets. I removed me ugly stock grill.
The trouble I am having is the pop-riveter's head does not fit between the bars on the grill. How did everyone else install theirs?

Ok I have never seen this but I'm gonna take a guess
I guess you would take the plastic grille off you car and drill some holes in it then pop rivet the billet grill from behind you might try and look for some pre drilled holes in the billet grille

Wrong, the billet grill has specific holes to use the rivets in. I would drill the hole and rivet it from the front, but the attachment on the back of the billet grill (for the pop-rivet) hold both bars above and below it together. So I can't just bend them apart.

Do the instructions say rivet it from the front?

If you can't fit it from the front I would have to say go from behind like this

billetgrille|Plasticgrille|rivetshooting this way <---

that or get a rivet gun with a extended barrel or whatever it's called

Won't the zip ties wear out after some time and weather?
