Need help removing the rear fender on 94 camaro

Need help removing the rear fender on 94 camaro

i need to remove the back passenger fender on my camaro since a recent wreck smashed it up. so im not real sure on what the best way to remove the is, any help is appreciated thanks.

That would be called the quarter panel not fender

That needs to be cut off. I would let a shop do that

agreed. if you look in the door jam you will see a seam where the pannels meet and are welded. if you look in the jam of the hatch and drop the bumper, ect. i take a profetional to do a job like that with some specific tools and materials. Sorry to say but i wouldnt even try if i were u.

All around the rear quarter panels are seam-sealed spot welds. If you remove your hatch, roof panel, rear bumper and taillight panel, you will see the perimeter of it. Scrape off all the seam sealer and drill out all the spot welds.

After a little prying and cutting, it will come off. I made it sound WAY easier than it is, and if you attempt this without the proper equipment and skills, I would say you have an almost definite possibility of causing damage that will cost thousands to correct.

I do a ton of stuff on my car myself. However, removing the rear quarter panel is something that'll I'll let my body shop guy do for me
