minor paint damage? that makes me laugh!

This car looks like it has major paint damage, but the seller says it isn't that bad. If the car originally looked like this, they are an idiot.

You know what that paint looks like and reminds me of? That paint they used on the 1960s or 1970s Hot Wheels cars. I have a Twin Mill in that "antifreeze" color and the paint on it looks just about like that.

Windshield wipers look like they're stuck up. Not in the recessed position they should be when off. Probably a wiper motor about to go out.
