Is it me...
Is it me...
Or does the 93-97 look very good. I was so head set on doing the LS1 front conversion but the more pics I see of 93-97's the more I love it. I guess I got screwed over on my LS1 front because now I'm sure I want to keep the original. Only thing I dont care for are the headlights. The PIAA's look ok but I think Id be better off with the Hella's. Other ideas Ive had to spruce it up is the freedom spoiler, that middle exaust kit, and mabey a SS hood. Any other ideas?
Re: Is it me...
I always thought the front ends on the 93-97s looked sharp, I liked the aggresive molding and the bowtie badge. The cops, however, dont seem to like it as much as me with no front license plate and all.
You seem to have most of the appearance mods. thought out already. Have you already installed rims? I comment on so many member cars that I start to forget who has what.

IMO, there's no comparison between the 93-97 and the 98-02. 93-97 is aggressive, sharp, and sporty. The 98-02 lost the sporty and aggresive look. The 98-02 is too much like a Chrysler Seabring.

The choice wouldnt be so hard if I had a junk yard near. I would almost have to buy everything new. Overall I think I can convert the inside and have my seats done up for around $1000 also.
All of this is on hold until the engine is complete. I have a bad feeling once this engine is done the tranny is going to crap itself. If that happens it will unfourtunatlly prolong doing the exterior and interior.

Amen to that. The LS1 guys think the engine makes up for looking like a Chrysler Sebring... I think not.
I love the 93-97.
And I am not ashamed by my LT1 in the least. It'll plant you in the seat every time.
