maybe someone can help me out...

Last wednessday i was involved in a front end collison where my front left fender, bumper, hood and some fender supports and upper section of my frame was tweeked out. My air bags also deployed in the accident. My question is what to do with the car. The insurance company is considering it totalled because of the cost of the airbags and repairs, compared to their value of thecar. They're not giving it a salvage title though. The motor and trans are strong with only 78,000 on them and i just put a new zoom clutch in 2 weeks ago. Its a beautiful car inside and out besides the recent damage, sitting on 18" Z06 rims, flowmaster exhaust with new chevelle SS tips i welded on last week, B&M short throw shifter, edelbrock headers, BBK throttle body, K&N intake minus the filter because it got smooshed. I'm only 17 and bought this car with my own money a year ago and i'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. It has to be sold one way or another because the insurance company will never insure it with collison or comprehensive if it's titled to someone in my family again.
Should I
A. Fix the car and sell it?
B. Sell it how it is and let someone else do what they want to it? or
C. Part the whole car out?

No one in my family wants to talk about the car so I thought i'd consult with other camaro owners. I need to get the most i can out of the car so i can try to buy a truck. any input would be appreciatedHere's my cardomain site with pics of the car... the stereo stuff is not included with the car anymore and the 3.73's never made their way in

tough decision to make.

I'd say let the insurance company total it and take your check to invest in a new ride, or part it out.

Thats a shame, thats a sick car. I love that color, especially with the SS hood and ZO6's.

part the **** out of it...

if you have the time, space and interest (fun dismanteling things) you can make alot of money. specially the small stuff

interior stuff alone can probably add up to $1000
engine and trans $2500
all the small stuff another $1000
sell the rear last unless you don't mind it on blocks
