A while back I asked if anyone would buy a fiberglass hood with scoop off me.. Well I finally got pics... it isn't finished yet but if you guys all like the style of it I could get my butt in gear and finish the thing and make a mould like I was going to... I would then sell them for 300 bucks CDN + shipping...

It is wide open underneith and I have done some strengthaning to it.. the holes in the side would be filled in and the whole thing smoothed out...

It has a 3 inch lift in the center and 2.5 inch lift along the side... you can keep the louvers or I could fill them in foryou if you wanted..

Of course if anyone did want to buy one I would show you what the finished steel one would look like and before I sent it I would probably shoot it with surfacer and take any waves out...

Right now I am just trying to see if anyone would buy

I would buy one, maybe in a year when I finally get to put in the 400.

 

I would like to see a finished one. If you could finish, paint and put it on a car people would be able to tell more. It looks like a good ideal.

 

The pictures would be more effective if the hood were clean enough to tell what the true color was...heh.

I would buy one for sure next year I have no money right now but I like the look and the price is right if I get the cash sooner I`ll E-mail you finsh that one and put it on your car so we can see what it really looks like I think you mmight be able to make some money with this

Will the hood come primer or painted? and will it bolt on in the factory spot or use hood pins and lift off?

 

Well it will come primered... since I am by no means a professional painter I wouldn't want the paint on the hood to be off or low quality compared to the rest of someones car...

Looks like I just might get to work on it... my only problem with selling it over the net is getting a payment arrangment so that I don't get screwed and so nobody worries about getting screwed (possibly e bay or something)

I will definatly set it on the car when it is all done... I was going to but the reason I can't is I have 1 fender off my car....
