Just a stupid little photoshop I did. Wanted some opinions. Some creative dremeling and painting and this could be doable... or is it too gawdy?

 

should be easy to do, just put tape over the whole center section and then cut and remove the tape on the parts you want black and then paint. or just tape the Z28 how you want it then paint. or do you actually mean you're going to sand down sections of the fins that you want black? that will probably require more work. here's how i had mine done FWIW.

 

Very creative and interesting! I think it'd be neater if it was more subtle and painted a dark gray metallic though and that would get rid of how gaudy it could end up.

 

Great idea, but it would work better on a vette since the engine isnt 1/2 under the cowl

 

Yes but there is no Z28 Corvette....
