Post Looking for...

...a grille like on the Berger Chevrolet SS. Looks similair to a Billet grille, but is black and has an SS emblem in the center.
Anyone know where I can find one?

I have been doing my research for the same thing for my car. From what I hear you have to get it from GM. And they will not sell it to anyone that you have to call them with the VIN # of your ss. This is what I have heard so do not quote me. I haven't gotten around to do it myself.
Hope this helps!

So you think I could get one from the parts department of a GM dealer, as long as I have my vin #. I'm gonna hafta ask, since I'm going later this week to have my 4.10's put in.
THANKS!

HA, I wrote to Berger and inquired about purchasing one. Their reply was something like "we do not offer them for sale in order to protect the investment of Berger SS owners".
I felt like writing back and saying, yea and I don't want any aftermarket SS hoods to be sold to protect my investment. It's cool though, I'll probably buy an SLP replacement.
