Looking for fender decals,but I would like the old style(68-69)Z28 logo for the fenders.Painting the car soon and would like this type instead of stock look.

Well, they're not exactly decals, but emblems. www.yearone.com has exactly what you're looking for.

They're sold in stud-mount style, meaning you can either drill the holes in your fender to mount, or possibly devise a way you can cut the studs off and mount with emblem tape or glue.

 

I've seen others with this and I think it looks good. How have others done it?

 

I bought 2 '69 z28 emblems and all i had to do was peal off the stock emblems, i used a blowdryer to lossen them up then applied some 3m adhesive remover to the spot to clean it up then used 3m adhesive glue, let it sit like that over night and they have been fine ever since, wish i had some pics up of them.

 

I personally think it's a great look. I've seen them on mostly LT1's at some car shows around here and got the idea from them. By all means go for it.
