Does he have them with the black housing or the red one. It looks as the the black housing version would look much nicer if it's on a black car.

 

i should be getting the black ones for xmas so ill post pics, unfortunately tho my car is the aqua color, but ill try 2 photoshop the car black for ya'll

 

I'll be interested in seeing them on your car. I'm not sold on them looking good, but I guess the black housings could make a difference.

I am actually in the process in doing custom LED conversion on all the different style tail lights for all 4th gen fbodies.

Once I'm done with the prototypes I will begin offering my services after I become a vendor.

Hey guys Im bringing this thread alive again. I have a black 2002 and I recently had gotten these LED tail lights with the black housings. Its looks good but to be honest, I think Ill just end up spray tinting them with 2 maybe 3 coats of tint and a clear coat. I will get picks of the tail lights as soon as I get it out of my garage since the freezer is pretty much in the way lol. Also I noticed that the turn signals flash a bit slower than normal. But either way they look good. Ill also get pics after I get them spray tinted at my friends body shop.

 

VHT should make a dark red spray instead of just black. Someone needs to suggest that.
