Ok i have a 1994 camaro z28 polo green metallic which i absolutly love besides the tan interior. I would like to swap it out and go to ebony leather seats from a T/A along with T/A door panels but dont want it to look funny with the carpet headliner mirrors and plastics being tan still. How much work is it to swap all of this stuff and what exactly is everything i need to do this? Also what pieces from what years will work?

I have the exact same color combo and am converting to what you want. I bought everything on ebay. Ebony was 00-02 only, so parts are at a premium. You'll easily spend 1k for the parts when you factor in the shipping. I debated leaving some tan, but I'm changing everything including the steering wheel to get radio controls as well as the column.
