I want to take the seats and carpet out of my camaro to do some sound deadening. How does all of this come out? can anyone give me step by step directions or a place to go to get some help with this?

I also want to take some of the pieces off of the dash and the plate with the controls out of the door and paint them. how do I get these out? I just need to know how to dissassemble everything so I don't waste my time taking things apart that don't need to be, or miss something important. Is there a website with a tutorial on this? or a book or something? any help is appreciated!

It's been a while, but:

front seats-four nuts on each seat, I think they are 13mm
back seats-one 15mm? bolt that holds each in
seat belts-large Torx bit head after you pop off the round cover
door controls-two small metal clips hold them in-try a small flathead slipped underneath the plastic and they should pop out.
I can't remember how I got the console out, I think it is held down inside when you pop open the lid
and the rest of the plastic interior parts-the rocker panels have screws in them you will have to look to see if it is a phillips or a torx bit.
The top of the back seat and the side panels back there are pretty easy and self explanatory once you get there from what I remember. It is not a really hard disassembly, just the console and the shifter (auto) I remember taking more time.
