I believe you could order yellow on 3rd gen Camaros. Its a lighter shade of yellow I think. I am not sure though because we have two yellow Camaros,(one RS and one IROC) in my town, and both of them the paint has no clearcoat and is so messed up you can't tell what the orginal color looked like. Its pretty sad actually.
