How rare are 93 TA's in yellow??

How rare are 93 TA's in yellow??
I was driving home from dropping off a couple of friends and spotted this 1993 Firebird Trans Am for sale. Stopped by and looked at it for awhile. It was for 8900 bucks and had only 37,000 miles. I have never really seen a yellow one before. Not aftermarket paint I think because the guy told me it belonged to some old lady from Florida and used it as her summer car. I am really interested it, but how rare is it??? Any numbers?? I looked on google and nothing. Any helps is appreciated.

Hrm *cough* 1993 54 WA 9929 Sunfire Yellow *cough*
very rare color I have yet to see one but they were made and that's the factory paint code

Now that I think about it didn't GMHTP magazine do a yellow firebird?

I've seen two Yellow LT1 TA's in town before. Definitely catch your attention due to the rare color. That's one reason I like my Mystic Teal, I'm always getting compliments and asked "where did you get that painted at" or "what kind of paint job is that".

there's a pic i took of two firehawks at slp day last year. that yellow is a rare option. gmhtp had a 93 formula that color called project thunderchicken.

Yellow was available in 93 and 94 . It was dropped midyear 94 . This color was never available on the camaro .
93 -196 total cars .....if you break it down by model , I believe the TA's are like in the 60's for total yellow ones . I dont have model breakdown though . Just totals .
94 -304 total cars

Yes, the T/A's and Formulas are rare. My formula is 1 of 8 made with the Yellow exterior/Tan interion and 6M.

since we are kickin around 93 t/a production numbers i got a few for you guys
only 839 t-top trans ams and only 1103 6-speeds(out of 5121 93 t/as produced)
