I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I guess this could be considered an appearance issue. I have a 95 T/A, and the headlight on the drivers side doesn't want to come up most of the time. Sometimes it does, and it will come up 4 or 5 times right in a row, then it won't and you have to "persuade" it to come up. Other times it gets stuck int he up position and you have to tap it and it will go down. Is this a problem with the motor, or does this sound like more of an issue with the headlight dragging or something that isn't allowing it to function properly? Any help would be great.
