Headlight Covers

Does anyone have pics of LT1 Camaros with Headlight covers on them? And any pics of the light output at night would be great too. My fog lights are pretty bright and pretty much light up as much of the road as my headlights do so I was thinking of getting some headlight covers but havent seen many pics of Camaros with them on. Thanks

I dont think they look very good on camaros, just because LT1's have recessed headlights. Looks around on cardomain, there are a few people with them.
Here is a red one i found.

I used to have headlight covers on my black 93 Z and they looked really good I thought. The answer to your question of if they block too much light when you are driving at night is YES. You cannot see **** at night with the covers on. Even with your highbeams on it was darker than it would be w/ low beams and no fog lights on w/o covers. The covers do come off fairly easily though if you would want to take them off at night, mine just velcroed on, but they will scratch up the paint some.

if you feel like having them on all the time,do the 90mm conversion and you'd be fine i'd imagine, along w/ the hella driving lights

I always wanted to get a pair of the clear covers and find a way to make them more permenant to the car; just like the new 07 Vette lights. I really love how make the front end look more aerodynamic. IMHO much better looking than that sunken eye look.

if you must do it, go for the GTS covers, they fit inside the recess just right. Most any other brand is going to wrap around the whole thing and stick out a bit. (at least i think it was the GTS that doesnt do this..) im considerign a set myself, but with new paint just dunno about it lol.
