For parts? Matters on your patience. If have any, you can shop eBay, the marketplace here, or salvage yards and wait for the good deals. You can find complete kits for around $500 on eBay or the marketplace here. You will either have to 1.) Do it yourself or 2.) Pay someone who knows how to do it. 99.9% of shops won't touch it.

I did mine back in '03. I think totaled up, my parts ran me $350. I got everything off of ebay. Get the later model T-tops though. If I remember right, the older model T-tops were different for some reason, but I don't remember why. All my stuff came off a '99. It's not that hard to do, it's just intimidating cutting the roof off of a perfectly good car.

Here are the pictures I took while doing it.

It stops around page 4. The other pictures are another fabrication project I just finished. I don't have the car anymore, but those pictures pretty much document my process for doing it. I did go back later and clean up my body work. I cut my hardtop headliner and made that work. The headliner fit pretty well. A t-top headliner would have fit better; however, no one knew but me.

93-94 T-Tops are "Dot Matrix" style (little black dots that break up the light coming in) while 95 and newer are tinted. Also 93-95 have a 1/16th inch drip molding while the 96-02 T-Tops have a 3/16th inch drip molding. Pictures below:

93-94 W/ Dot Matrix

95-02 W/ Tint

93-95 W/ 1/16" Drip Molding
