Why don,t you just put yur front plate with the passenger sun visor?
The law doesn't state it has to be mounted on the front bumber. It just has to be visible from (i think) 15metres...something like that. Well that's what ppl do here with turbo cars or ppl who don't wanna drill hole in there front bumber.
But then again that's what the HTA of the province of Ontario, not sure if it applies for other provinces/states.

the law is different from province to province. Here in Alberta there is no requirement for a front plate

I think im gonna move to Québec soon, so i don't have to go pass emission's and get a front plate too, alberta is kinda too far
