I have a 94 camaro z28. Currently dark green grey. A local paint shop near my house said they would paint the car viper blue and also put ghost flames on the car for only 3k labor and all - out the door. - is this a good deal or too much

 

Sounds good, but are they a reputable shop?

 

yeah they do pretty good work there

 

Are they going to paint under the hood,engine bay, door sills, and rear hatch too? Otherwise it won't look right.
