Re: fuel door

too ricey IMO. What color is your car? If it's red or something maybe have it powdercoated black?

It's your car man, if you like it go for it. You can always take it off.

Re: fuel door

That is a tough one. Honestly, you will probably get a large number of mixed replys. Also, I have seen some fbody's pull it off no problem and still many others that leave much to be desired. With that said, I would at least put it on and see if YOU like it. It is not like the part cost you any money. If you get it on there, post a pic of it. Good luck.

Re: fuel door

Realyl depends on the color of your car and teh color of the accents... Try to get the door to match your accents and i think that would go great with the car.. but it really depends on you and what you think about it. its your car you like it keep it, you dont then leave it off.. Everyone has their own tastes.. But good luck with it and post some pics when/if you put it on

Cool Re: fuel door

Here is a pic of mine on my black Z. It is the Mitsubishi one that everybody hates and says it's "Ricey".

Re: fuel door

I have one, I colormatched the door to the Paint. It looks good. "Rice?" A brushed fuel door? that comes stock on plenty of cars? I've come to think that anythign that in'st made by the general is consider "rice" on these cars. To me 4th gen F-bodes excluding the Firebirds always looked to damn plain. I think peopel confuse "rice" with "Tacky" andything can look good, as long as it's been customized right. It gets so old on this site when you look at picture after picture of Stock Camaro's with maybe some "camaro" fill in's on the back and "TT2's" or "ZR1's" thrown on them... How boring.

Re: fuel door

I bought the eclipse fuel door off a good freind of mine who had it on his 94 Z28. Looked ok for a while but decided when i had the car painted to have it painted along with it. I just left the rivits silver. I like it. Some dont but that ok.
