front fender
One word for you. E A S Y. No kidding. At least it was for me. I had a used OEM fender though. That's the best route for me to suggest to you. Find a good used one off another car. That way, the holes are already there for you...it was fitted on another car before...so it should match up perfectly. Once you start...you'll probably have the fender swapped out in less than 30 min.
Of course, once it's on...you may have to adjust it a little to make the gaps all the same where it meets the hood, and the door...but it's really not at all that bad.

If you can't find a good used one...the next best thing would be @ www.autobodypartsonline.com I have ordered some f-body parts from them and they were fine.
