Fog Lights (LT1 Style)

I am getting a 97 Camaro RS soon and I noticed that the Fog Lights (the ones by the grilles not the turn signals) on the car must have blown bulbs. Well I'm definately going to have to get those fixxed. I have a question however, In the future I was going to have them replaced with high end lights. Since they're both out now I think this would actually be the best time to do it. Questions are these

#1 How do you reach the darned things?

#2 Should I completely replace the light with an aftermarket performance light or should I just search for a high-end aftermarket brighter bulb?

Thanks all for all advice

Definetly replace them. One of the bulbs blew so I bought a pair of brand new fog lights off a board member and they are sitting next to me waiting for me to install em'. I bought the Hella FF75s. From what I hear they are great lights.

i have hella ff75's as fog lights, they're great, check out my webpage for pics... page 2, i believe, or 1...

anyway, lasted 10 months of lots of driving, no probs, easy easy install, nice and bright, but with a more stock 'yellow' colour, not a ricey blue, which is what i was looking for, they definantely get my 2 thumbs up

i'm actually getting some for my bro's camaro, and got them off ebay for $35 shipped

Me and about 50 other board members have been using them for headlights for 2+ years...I'd say they are pretty good.

Don't buy PIAA. In most cases (not all, Wraith and Brent), they are just overpriced brand name lights.

Hey when the hella lights finally go bad and blow out, can you just replace the bulb or do you have to replace the whole thing? if it's just the bulb, where do you get the bulb from?
