I think if you were going to put fender flares on an LT1, you'd skip doing the front. The Front fenders are already flared pretty much. The rear could look nice, but only if you were running wider tires and wheels.

I have a 99 but your right I was thinking about just doing the rear. I have 10.5 wide rims with 295's out back now. I figured that might be wide enough but im not sure. I really would just like to do a small flare in the rear that is really subtle but gives it that more aggressive look without being over the top.

10.5 is pretty wide I think. I don't know much about wheels and tires, but I think anything wider than 9.5 would work.

If you're going to use the stick on flares as a means to make more room for wider wheels, then you're wasting your time. The fender is still going to be the same width internally, it will just look wider with the flares on it. The only way to actually widen them would be to have them cut and flared and then molded back together.

No im not trying to fit wider wheels. I already had to cut in the wheel well to fit the ones I have. I just think a small flare in the rear would look good.

Well, what I was thinking is if I was going to do it (which I'm not), I would have them molded in to replace the area they are covering. Meaning, they would provide me the extra 1/2 inch or whatever puny extra amount of space I would have in there.

Those ebay bumpers fenders look pretty good. I don't see why anyone wouldn't want to buy them. I mean you'll get plenty of attention with those things on your ride. Just think it'll be like the first OffROAD LT1, you can definitely put the Z71 guys to shame.

I don't really like those. Those don't flow that well and for the money, they kind of have a "what's the point?" factor.
