Fabric front end cover (not vinyl)??

I was up in Chicago last weekend and I saw a very nice silver Corvette with red nose and side mirror covers. It didn't have holes for the front lights and "appeared" to be made out of a fabric of some sort; I didn't get that close of a look at it, so it might not have been fabric. It looked like it could have like a thick panty-hose type of material. It was very nice looking and was definately custom fit for a vette.

I've been looking for something to protect my TA on trips, but I don't want to go the traditional bra route (I think there kind of tacky). I'd like to get something I can just slap on and off when I'm going on a trip.

Any ideas of what this might have been?

Jeremy

So you think a bra is tacky on an f body, but a silver vette with big red panty hose isnt?

I think black vinyl bras are tacky, yes; mostly because they are never put on properly. This thing on the Vette was very nice looking in a strange way. It was not flapping around and fit like a glove. I thought if it were truly a quick thing to put on and take off I would be interested in it. To me, a bra is a more permanent accessory and not one you just put on and take off for road trips.

I've been looking around and think maybe this is what it was:

Speed Lingerie
I thought it was fabric, but maybe not.

And bras are horrible because they totally ruin your paint job underneath them if you leave them on too long.

Yeah, that happened to my father's car. I believe the problem a lot of times is that people don't take them off to wash the car and don't have them secured properly and they flap against the car. I don't want to take any chances though. I just thought it would be nice to have a product that you could put on (somewhat easily) before a road trip to protect the front end.
