Eh, APC pedals - too ricey?

Just looking to do some cheap things on my camaro (pedals/gauges), how do these look? http://www.jegs.com/images/photos/0341058029.jpg

They're $14...but eh, I don't really feel like spending $80 for all chromed out ones. And are most pedals universal? I don't wanna buy those and have them not fit or anything

I used to have them in my Rx-7, not very good pedals they like to slide out ALOT no matter how tight they are. Spend the extra money and buy some decent ones.

I used to sell that crap when I worked and Advance...99% of the stuff made by APC is crap, pure crap, and they hardley ever fit right on anything and eventually fall off because they are crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Re: Eh, APC pedals - too ricey?

i had em when i was 16 and thought they were cool until i installed them and
#1 they didnt allow me to use the pedals the right way (they rubbed on the floor)
#2 they kept slipping off
#3 they looked like garbage

so i sold em for $15 bucks to a kid that had a "sweet" cavalier and made $5 profit!

If i ever did pedals again i would see if i could retrofit some C5 pedals b/c those feel excellent and look pretty nice too
