Dupli-color wheel job

I re-did these wheels myself, but the neighbor decided to water her lawn while applying the clear coat...

should've left the lip normal or something to break it up, i've never liked ALL black wheels.

thats what i was thinking too, but the paint job on em looks good, and the car looks GREAT. needs a color buster between the tires and wheels though.. getchya some redlines!

I never liked that style of corvette wheels. You should have left the lip the way it was, now no one can tell if your wheels are clean or dirty. They're always going to look dirty. Sorry man.

Nice job, but remember.....it is PAINT! Be very careful about hitting something, because that paint will chip off a lot easier than a powercoat will.

I agree about the wheels always appearing dirty. That's half the reason I'm not a fan of black wheels. They just look like they're always filthy. IMO wheels should always have a light colored finish of some kind to contrast with a car.
