Re: door markings

Is your "95 firebird lt-1" (aka "95 Firebird LT1" ) a Formula? If so, it did not come from the factory with any markings except the "Formula" decals on the left front headlight cover and right rear bumper. There was no "Formula" script on the doors. The V6 Firebirds and the Trans Ams had the words in plastic on the doors.

Were the 93s or 94s different? One of my moms' coworkers when I was a teenager (this was back in 94 I believe) had a blue Formula and on the doors it had "Formula V8" in white. My Dad raced her in his 5.0 LX and won, but I still liked her car better.

Re: door markings

You could get aftermarket decals for the doors, but I never saw one from the factory. My 94 did not have anything on the door, and I bought it brand new.

Okay... I'm not sure what to think, because she was the first owner of the car, bought new at a Pontiac/GMC dealership... And she wasn't the type to do anything to the car. I know we tried to get her to mod it and she refused.
