when i was driving today, i was goin like 80 and my driver side outer door panel started flapping in the wind. The plastic door cover is about to snap off, is there a way to fix this without bringing it to a shop.

 

it is glued on with a urethane glue, much like windshield adhesive, it's dispensed in a caulking ung usually, if you were to do it your self you would have to scrape off the old glue and then put the new glue on and hole the panel in place.

Or a shop could do it for around 50 bucks depending on the severity
