Does anybody make brushed aluminum badges?
Does anybody make brushed aluminum badges?
I saw Brent Franker has some simulated brushed aluminum vinal overlays which looked pretty good, but I was thinking that real aluminum might look even better. Anybody ever heard of such a thing?
Re: Does anybody make brushed aluminum badges?
I always get a lot of compliments on the brushed aluminum stuff. If using it as an overlay, it looks close to the real thing. I've got some close up pics here...

I have not seen actual emblems with that look. The closest I have seen are the stainless steel type emblems from www.ssinserts.com or the chrome Z28 badges from RK Sport (but these are of the 3rd gen style Z28 and not the 4th gen).
MBA also makes some very nice aluminum pieces but they don't have the brushed aluminum look that I'm aware of.

If I can't find anything, I'll probably go with those. They look great, but if given the choice, I would rather have the real thing, not something simulated. I think either one will look good.
