Re: t-tops

Hi

I did it over Christmas last year and love it. I will pm you some links that I used. Pretty straight forward and took me about 6 hours ( I took my time and triple checked everything well before I cut anything. Pics are on my website and there should be some before and after shots. http://community.webshots.com/user/nocturna1 I will try and find those links for ya real fast. Sinjin89rs

Re: t-tops

I know the feeling but I am glad I did it. The best part was when my father came out to the garage to get a beer and my buddy and I had just cut the roof section off and there was this big hole in what used to be a hard top. Thanks for the compliments too. I am hoping to drop the freshly built engine in next weekend. Shooting for 400 - 425 rwhp. If I don't get that, the 150 shot of nitrous will. I am hoping to have the go to go along with the show so to speak. sinjin89rs

Re: t-tops

I still needed the rubber pieces on either end of the t-bar, and in those pics I don't have the rear holder trim piece covers on, I still needed to pick up some screws for them.

Most peopel think it looks factory. Ones that notice they are not factory just see the bondoing job, needs to be smoothed out again. And I still need sunvisors that match my headliner.

Want to know my biggest regret? I had the parts in my room for months before I did it, because I was scared to do it. Had other peopel who did the conversion same the exact things to me.
