You can sometimes get lucky on ebay and find one, although they're usually only 30-40 dollars less than a brand new one and you never know how much sun that ebay dash has had. It may last you several years, it may only last you several months. It's the gamble you take when buying used parts.

It's probably something like my 97 Camaro's dash where there's a plastic trim ring in front of the gauge cluster. If you remove that you'll probably find a bunch of screws around the perimeter of the cluster. Take those out and you're on your own from there. I've had the gauges out of my 93, but never the 97. Sorry dude, that's about all I can give you for help.
