I just got my Z back from the paint shop. I had it repainted the factory '93 Camaro "purple pearl", but I also had '97-'98 Camaro "bright purple" 30th anniversary stripes painted on it. I supplied the shop with a stencil kit from Stencils And Stripes Unlimited.

I have to give Iron Hill Autobody, in Newark, Delaware the credit for laying out the stripes perfectly.

Thanks everyone. I can assure you I got alot of deragatory comments when I told everyone what I wanted to do. The common response was "PURPLE STRIPES?!" The same people that doubted it think it looks good now that it's done.

I didn't want black or silver, etc. because everyone else does it. Since I had to have them painted on (because of the cowl hood), I was open to whatever color I wanted. I think the combination looks good together.
