Completely change interior color

Can anyone tell me what's the easiest and cheapest way to completely change the interior color from tan to black in a 2001 Camaro? Leather

vinyl dye, and wrapping some parts in black vinyl. Make sure that all the panels are stripped free of all oils. Use alcohol the remove all oil. Lightly scuff the surfaces with a fine scuff pad. you fingers have oil on them so make sure you use rubber gloves when you paint.

Thank you for your answer. You think that it won't wear off?

I dyed the carpet with some walmart black fabric dye, dyed my grey seats black with saddle (leather) dye, and I painted all of the interior panels satin black with the Krylon fusion paint (about 6 coats) but I would recommend what 'lt1 beast' said with using some type of vinyl dye. The plastic panels right by the door sill panels have been painted now 3 sepearte times, and the paint keeps coming off so I need to dye those as well.
I also redid my drooping headliner, and finally have changed the visors and seatbelts as well. What color do you have, and what are you trying to get to?
Here is my thread on what I did to my car:
