Is there another place that they are located at? The glove box has the coding BC/CC, but then nothing after it... i want to know so that i can order an SS spoiler.

paint code should be at the bottom of the glove box sticker ... thats where mine was *shrug*

 

where tho? There are a ton of codes in the glove box. When i see that code (BC/CC), there is nothing after it to let me know the color of the car... any other insight?

 

I thought it was before the BC/CC... Now you got me curious, I'm gonna go look.....

EDIT - Yea, it was after it. It's all the way over to the right. Mine is U8774 which is GM's Bright Red. If you have the same red as mine, that's your code.

its on the same line as bc/cc but more in the middle and will have a "u" in front of the four digit number.

 

ok, ill have to check that... from what i remember, i didnt see any code in that line at all whatsoever. Thanks a lot guys... im pretty sure that it is probably the same code as you TechCam97... there werent a whole lot of variation on red from GM for the camaro.

Yea, there were only two shades I believe. One was marroonish and was called Patriotic Red and the other was ours which was Bright Red.

 

Ok, then why does this company Spoiler Depot use the code "81" for the bright red instead of GM's actual code?

So when i order one, should i type in "U8774" or should I use their code "81"???

 

I'd ask them first. GM uses the 4 digit code, so you're better safe than sorry.
