You think they can work in a 4th gen Camaro?

 

well, I guess I'll have to bring a tape measure next time I see one.. to see if the dimensions make any sense.

 

The cobalts are pretty cool, wish they didn't end the camaro line, Kind of made it the Camaro's replacement when it should have been the Cavalier's...

Seats should look Great.

After watching many episodes of American Hotrod and Orange County Choppers, I have learned that with a welder and some creativity, anything is possible.

 

anyone know if they come without the "SS" stitched in? SInce that would look odd in my Z28..

Also, if anyone has access to one, if you can grab some measurements for me, I'd appreciate it.

I didn't sit in it for very long, but for the mins I was in there, it felt pretty comfortable. Bigger people might think they are a little tight..

and i'm not sure why people call them cheap? They looked pretty nifty to me.. and I liked the grippy color cloth insert..

 

I believe they are from Recaro. I know for sure that the Saturn Ion Redline, which is the same car, has Recaro racing seats. They are extremely expensive and you can't buy them directly from Recaro. They sell the seats to normal people with Fords, Hondas, etc, but not GM. Thats dumb, but I was told that they cost around the same as new corvette seats.

 

i saw a set of recaro seats in an older monte carlo ss, they were totally awesome looking, and probably cost more than the monte itself :P
