choices to ditch "tan leater seats"

looking at a 99z28. only thing i don't like about the car is the tan interior, mostly the leather seats (driver is showing wear on bolster).

what are my choices...

did they make tan cloth interiors that i may be able to find in a junkyard and swap out? and if so how much are they usually? would look into front and back seats if possible $$ wise

or how much is it to have a seat re-upholstered to tan cloth? could do just a seat cover but would rather have it look factory?

any other ideas?

All 4th Gen F-body seats are interchangeable. It doesnt matter if they had cloth or leather from the factory, or if theyre from a 93 or an 02, or if theyre Camaro or Pontiac seats. So if you can find a set of cloth F-body seats then its a direct swap. Only 4 nuts hold each seat to the floor.

If you wanted to re-upholster your seats, there are places that can do it, but its usually pretty pricey. If you go with a simple cover, don't expect it to look factory. NO seat cover will ever look as good as a stock or re-upholstered seat.

Yes, they made tan cloth seats. Not sure what all years, but a buddy of mine has a '99 with them. I am sure you will have no problem finding someone who would trade you. Usually, people want the leather more.

tan seats

i have a 94 base camaro and tan cloth seats. i'm pretty sure all 4th gens come with tan cloth interior option - i've seen quite a few of them. i'm not sure about IROCs and other non 4th-gen cars. hope that helps.
