Is the Checkered flag stripe on the red Camaro on the header a decal?

Yeah, that's your best bet.

The stock 35th decals from GM won't fit a 3rd Gen car.

I can get all the part numbers from the stock 35th decals if you want them though.

 

Went to the 3rd gen. link. WOW! Has some great decals for sure!
