Changing 'vert top to different color $$$???

Hey fellas, I'm looking at a '99 Z28 convertible, it's white with a tan top, but I'd really prefer it have a black top. The tan top is in great condition and doenst need replacing at all, but if I decided to swap tops to a black one, how much would I be looking at (considering I'd have to pay someone to do it for me). Any help is appreciated.

Joe.

The cost of the top varies. Ebay has them for around 400 I believe. Labor can cann sometimes cost more than the top itself. I was quoted $600 by 4 shops in Maryland.
