Question Changing doors from 93 to newer

Ok this is a shot in the dark but... my doors on my Z are soooo crappy they are heavy made of fiberglass, and all in all a very poor design IMO.

I was just wondering if it is possible to upgrade to 98 doors or 95-97? if they are designed any better. also my windows are junk too. they wiggle motors suck (replaced two times). or should i just replace with 93 doors?

the reason i ask is because the previous owner didnt take very good care of the doors looks like they slamed them alot and pushed them open i allready had to pay 500 dollars to get the passenger door fixed before it fell off the hinge. thx for any help

If you are replacing the complete door, the hindge holes should line up on any 93 & up, But I have never measured to see.

Yea it would be replacing the whole door.. but is it worth it/are the doors better designed (lighter) in the 98+ years?

93-02 doors are the same thing, the newer ones "might" have a better design(lighter) but i don't know....
but yes if i had a 93 and was having alot of problems with them, i would also find a set of newer ones (97+) to replace them...
