I have the light grey interior and i want to swap it out for a black interior. i just bought black and red front seats, and now i want to change out the dash. do any of you guys know where i can get a black dash? or do i have to repaint mine? what kind of paint have you guys used and was it easy?

 

The closest you will get to a black TA dash is a 2000-2002 dash which is ebony . It still is a very dark grey , a bit darker than the 93-99 graphite , but not black .

 

Do a search this has been discussed alot lately. Whatever paint you choose do NOT clear coat your dash or use a high gloss paint, the glare will be unbearable

 

I just got done painting mine. I would have some install pics, but I had to take it out again because I forgot to put the airbox in

Let me know if you are interested, and I can find the name of the paint I used. It is made for flexible vinyl/plastic and it doesn't chip or anything.
