Fugly? Well... I like the way it looked back in 2002 better, but it's definitely not fugly. His interior mods are amazing in my opinion.

He's the only guy I've ever seen who chromed every single piece of metal on the car, just look at that engine!

And this guy did it all before most of us even had our cars... or most of us even had the internet probably.

If it were my car, I would only change a few things. I'd go back to the Camaro seats he had (white leather), put a '96-'97 SS spoiler on it, and take all the flames off the car except the ones on the front end. (So remove all the airbrushing on the interior and rear end).

Count me in for the fugly camp.

I'll give you amazing... amazingly fugly.

My prediction: the car is going to get laughed off the stage at B-J without a single bid.

I can't deny that under the hood it is most impressive looking, and there is no doubt that the guy dumped all kinds of time, money, and effort into the car. But the body, the paintjob, the interior, the wheels just make it

To each its own.... But hats off to CC for doing something different...... A little to flashy for my taste, but I hope he gets a decent bid....

Does anyone know what day its going on the block??? I believe the auction starts today and goes through Saturday....

Does anyone know what TV station the Barrett Jackson auctions air on? Anything other than Speed channel? (I don't have it).

I though he stated he was hoping for ~$40,000 for it.... I think it'll get that... While not my cup of tea, it's very nice workmanship...

Good luck 'On the Block'

Not my bag. Not impressed by engine chrome either. That just makes things hotter under the hood.

I appreciate those who can appreciate the workmanship and thanks for the good wishes.

I will never build a car like that again, it was fun, but I am done.

No need to call names. You build a car that extreme and unusual, you're bound to hear some opinions. Some good, some bad. You set yourself up for that.

It looks like great workmanship -- it just doesn't mesh with my taste at all. To be perfectly honest with you, every visual modification you made was a step away from my taste with the exception of one -- I love the shade of blue you chose for the paint.

No, I don't feel stupid, I feel surprised. The car is simply unlike anything I've seen going across the block at B-J, and I really didn't think it was the right venue to sell a car like that. Congratulations to you for getting a decent price out of it.
