Want to remove pad and metal bumper but don't want fascia sag. Is there a lighter brace i can by or how to make it to keep bumper from sagging?

I've got the pad removed from mine, and the "sag" is minimal. I doubt anyone even notices it.

Billingsley makes a bumper brace. Appears his parts are now sold by Burkhart Chassis. Look at this page, about 1/2-way down the page. Sort of expensive though. I would think you could fab up some tubing yourself a lot cheaper, even if you had to have someone else weld it up.

Thanks injuneer. I have a welder and might fab something up. That looks like its more than i need. I have not done the delete yet. Where does it sag at? I seen on here somewhere a "penny fix" but did not understand where they went?
