Brushed Aluminum interior, yay or nay?

I liked my JVC sterio in there better 
I was thinking about doing some brushed aluminum as well but not that much. I was thinking just the HVAC *****, shifer and the light ****.
The steering wheel looks good but i wouldnt do it just because of safety.
