Im going to be trying to fix my scratched windows tomorrow by replacing them. But i cant just replace them without fixing what causes the scratching. I cant find any write ups on this so ill try n make one as i go. but im going to try to refelt the outside window sweeps which are causing my issue. Now my 95 is kind of a crappy design. The windows i pulled from a 98 trans am have a far better window sweep felt design.

Anyway ill take some pics and keep you posted on what i do. Im sure someone else out there needs to fix theirs.

 

For mine i found that my felt metal guides had broken off inside the door, i visited a junk yard and replaced them, not no more scratches
