How did the 17x11's fit with the sportlines? I have the DMS springs and it rides great. A little stiffer then stock but not too harsh. I think the bilsteins may have made it ride better too.

If you want to run sportlines you are going to rub even if you hit a penny on the ground, I found it out the hard way. You will have to roll the fender lip for sure and you will probably still rub.
My buddy has them on a 99 ss with the pro-kit and rolled fenders and he only rubs on hard hard bumps or on a high curb driveway and he has the bilsteins. I had kyb adjustables with the sportlines on the highest setting, it was still to much bouce for me.
It is only my opinion but if you live in a northern state were the put down salt and have lots of pot holes from plows of in a major city, sportlines SUCK A**, but if you live were the rodes are smooth, and not bouncy, they handle great but the give alot of bump steer.
Peace

i was going to ask you the same question about the sportlines and the 17x11's

I have my car sitting on sportlines right now and it has 17x9.5" rims. what offset did you have on the wheels? were they 56 mm front and 50mm back? if you dont have the right offset they will rub for sure. the rims i have on my car right now are even with the wheel well but i have a really stiff ride and i've never hit the fenders. i live in northeast ohio.

Actually I'm going a diffrent rout with this. I have a rear panel off of a wrecked camaro i bought, and Im actually planning to dremel out the camaro on the back and make a backlay behind it in silver. Then find a way to light it up at night to have a low silver glow at night. I'm sure it will look sweet on my car, and i havent ever seen one like that. Unless someone on here has already done it.
