anyone know the real color of the 30th trans am rim?

hey guys,

i have a spare set of rims for my white car. i want them to look like the 30th TA rims. they are a light metalic blue.

anyone know the name for the color or know where i can get the rims?

They are anodized blue. its not liek theres a paint code or anything to match it. Even if you found a colour thats similar, it wont give off the same effect

Not anodized. When the 30th T/A came out, they made a big deal out of the fact that this was GM's first use of "tinted clearcoat"... which sounds like an oxymoron when you think about it.

Ya thats what I thought. BUt then apparently a bunch of people said that they were in fact anodized. I dunno.

A friend of mine had a 30th T/A he bought brand new, and he hated the way the wheels turned out. You could see where the clearcoat went on a little thicker in some places and cause dark spots. And there was overspray on the polished lip.
